Clean Water in Kenya

mukuku well

The well funded by Zion’s Harvest of Hands mission group through The Water Project is now in service in Kenya!

The Mukuku Community has a new hand-dug well that was constructed adjacent to a sand dam. The dam was constructed on the riverbed, which will build up sand to raise the water table and naturally filter water. Recent rains have helped the dam begin to build up sand and store water.

Harvest of Hands donated $15,000 to provide for construction of this well.
