SERVE with others from Zion, meeting new people.
SERVE at Zion to go above and beyond the normal day’s duties.
SERVE in the community, putting hands to work beyond Zion’s walls.
Participants are invited to sign up for one project from a long list of short-term service options, usually 1-3 hours in length. Projects include a chance to dig in to clean, fix, organize, and cook here at Zion, as well as in the local communities and other projects within Wright County.

- SERVE Weekend
This year, with the uncertainty of COVID-19, SERVE weekend will continue to change throughout the next weeks. Watch for details and SERVE options to be changing. If you'd like to help the community during these "social distance" weeks in late March/early April, check out the "Yes! I can help!" tab.
SERVE weekend is an annual tradition of serving at Zion and this year it will be held April 24-26. Volunteers will have a chance to sign up for projects that lend a helping hand to people in local congregations, to the community, and to global concerns.
There are many chances for short term serving within and around the Zion building. Dig in to clean, fix, organize, cook, sort, and distribute food and clothing here at Zion or expand to the local communities and other projects within Wright County with things like animal shelter help, care center visits, sewing projects, and many more.
What’s the plan? You will be invited to choose one project from a long list of short-term service options, usually 1-3 hours in length. There will be some especially suited for families with children. You’ll sign up in advance so that each serving option has the appropriate number of volunteers for the task at hand. Sign up for one or more tasks during SERVE week.
When signing up to SERVE, you also have opportunity to get a free "Live Generously" t shirt, donated by Thrivent. Child and adult sizes available.
