  • If you are debating on coming to Graceland at any point, JUST COME! Everyone there is nice and will just make you feel at home, and it is fun!
  • I am now passing the values they instilled in me on down to my own children, and hope they continue down a great faith journey.
  • I saw that and thought that that is what I want to do too! It was a call that was just always there.
  • Youth ministry is important to Zion because we need to keep youth interested in church so we can build a congregation for the future.
  • Going to church and celebrating Christ on Sundays provides me the opportunity and the inspiration to get my week started on the right foot, spiritually and mentally speaking
  • ‘Connecting in Care’ means we need to reach out to our worshipping neighbor, our neighborhoods and our communities. We need to invite people to join us for worship and events. We need to help those around us and connect with them by being a good neighbor and lending a helping hand. I like meeting new people and visiting with them. Visitation ministry helps the elderly and homebound maintain a sense of still being a part of something.

  • Our Christmas program was the highlight. Everyone had a “piece” to say. It may have been only a dozen words, but it was important to say them loud .
  • My hobby has been great for Vernon and me. I do the dolls and he makes sleds and benches for them.

  • I have had the opportunity to go on many mission trips with the youth. On every trip I have seen God’s work through these young people.

  • UpGrade, in my eyes, is like youth group but for middle school kids. They, more than anyone, need a place to go where they can feel comfortable and safe.
  • Chad has been an incredible Crew Leader for VBS! We are SO thankful to have dads involved that are willing to volunteer and spend time with the kids. #ZionBuffalo
