Kaitlyn and Sydney at Camp Wapo

Wapo Campers

Sisters Kaitlyn and Sydney have already been to Camp Wapo twice and have loved it each time. Their mom, Alicia, says they return each time with stories of new friends, amazing counselors, and faith based songs that she hears sung in her car long into the fall. They are both looking forward to being able to stay for a week next year.

Have you ever wanted to learn about God and Jesus someplace fun? Well, Camp Wapo is the place to go. I got to go for an awesome adventure-packed weekend filled with many learning experiences. Everyday you do Bible study, campfires and sing a ton of songs about our faith. We got to go to the Servant’s Fair where they painted our nails and faces which was really fun. We also did the Mighty Mighty Scoop Noodle Challenge and did a ton of crafts. Camp Wapo is on a lake so we got to play in the lake in the day and had night time gatherings with a campfire. Did you know you can bring a friend? They can even be from a different church like my friend Delaney that came with me again this year. If you don’t know about God or Jesus you will by the end of the weekend! Kaitlin

Camp Wapo is the best!!! You get to play a ton of games, such as Mighty Mighty Scoop Noodle Challenge. Everybody should know that you are going to have a great time learning about God and doing activities and hearing about stories that go along with it, and we got to have a campfire both nights with s’mores on the second night! I stayed in a cabin and met a ton of new friends!!! Sydney
